Justin Rogers

Justin Rogers was born and raised in Oregon, where he developed a deep appreciation for hard work, the outdoors, and community. Easygoing by nature and passionate about serving others, Justin brings both experience and integrity to everything he does.

With a background in roofing and building and remodeling custom homes, he understands all the components that make up a house from the ground up. His hands-on experience in construction gives him a trained eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.

When Justin is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter as well as other family, hunting, fishing and exploring new places in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. He has a heart for teaching and a constant desire to keep learning — values that shape both his personal life and professional approach. This is why he feels it is important that his clients are well informed about the home they are considering.

Ron Rogers

Ron Rogers is a Klamath Falls, OR native who has been involved in the real estate industry since 2001. With decades of experience in construction, Ron brings a deep understanding of homes and building quality to every client he serves.

Before entering real estate, Ron owned and operated his own contracting company, growing it into one of the largest and most respected construction businesses in the area. His background in building and renovation gives him a practical, hands-on perspective that benefits both buyers and sellers navigating the real estate process.

Recognizing the need for a high-quality home inspection service in Southern Oregon, Ron chose to bring the proven service model of Pillar to Post Home Inspectors to Klamath, Jackson, and Josephine Counties. He believes that every homebuyer deserves clear, thorough information about the home they are considering so they can make confident and informed decisions.

Outside of work, Ron enjoys traveling and exploring national parks, as well as hunting, fishing, and hiking always driven by curiosity and a love for the outdoors. He and his wife have been married for over 35 years and have two children, both married, who have blessed them with two granddaughters. Ron and his family live just outside Klamath Falls on a small ranchette where they raise a few cows and pigs and enjoy the quiet rhythm of country life.

Ron’s commitment to integrity, knowledge, and service continues to guide his work helping families throughout Southern Oregon better understand the homes they’re investing in and making their own.

Nathan Yancey

Nathan is a hardworking and approachable professional with a strong background in construction and customer service management. Originally from Missouri, just south of St. Louis, he relocated to Southern Oregon and has been part of the Klamath area since 2022. While his family has long-standing roots in the Paisley area, Nathan is relatively new to the region and is excited to continue building his career and community connections here.

Nathan brings hands-on construction experience along with management and customer service expertise, skills that translate naturally into thorough, detail oriented inspections. He prides himself on being easy to talk to and takes a clear, straightforward approach when explaining findings, ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and trying new foods. A big fan of summer, he appreciates the sunshine and the active lifestyle the area offers. He looks forward to continued growth both professionally and personally—while serving the local community.

Nathan wants to ensure confident homeownership for his clients when he does inspections for them and explains his findings.

Emily Rogers

Emily Rogers is a Klamath Falls, OR native living in the community she loves her whole life. She attended Bible college after high school where her faith deepened and her heart for others grew.

She started building her life together with her husband in 2019 and has been one of her greatest blessings. Her family is at the center of everything she does. Emily Homeschools their daughter, and being a part of her learning and growth each day is one of her greatest joys.

Before being the Pillar to Post Marketing Specialist, she worked at Starbucks, where her love for people really flourished. She has always enjoyed connecting with others, hearing their stories and helping them feel seen and welcomed.

One of Emily’s biggest dreams is to own a farmhouse and live a self-sufficient lifestyle—growing their own food, creating a cozy home, and building a simple, meaningful life centered around faith and family.

She also enjoys expressing herself through her creative interior design. She feels that there is something special about turning a space into a place that feels warm, beautiful, and truly lived in.
